Project: Raleigh-Durham International Airport Master Plan
As the director of communications and community affairs at Raleigh-Durham International Airport, Mindy led the creative development of the brand for its Master Plan 2040. She identified key messages and distributed them to staff and board members, wrote all content for the website, developed a blog strategy to encourage public engagement, and executed public events to involve the community in the master plan decision-making.
Project: Chapel Hill Bus Rapid Transit
When Chapel Hill Transit launched the design phase of its Bus Rapid Transit project, AECOM, the architectural and engineering firm for the project, hired Hamlin Communications as a subconsultant to provide public relations and communications services to support public engagement efforts. We wrote content for the fact sheet, led branding for the website, and led all media relations efforts.
